How does delivery work?
Deliveries are carried out by the courier company “Speedy” to the address specified in your order.
Is there a delivery fee?
The delivery price to your door is 4.10 EU / 8.02 BGN, and to a “Speedy” office, the price is 2.10 EU / 4.11 BGN for all of Bulgaria. You should select your delivery method when placing your order. The delivery cost is included in the total value of your order.
What is the delivery time? How long will it take to receive my ordered goods?
The delivery time is up to two business days from the day you placed your order.
When are the goods delivered? Will the courier call me before arriving at the address?
Deliveries made by courier take place between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM, and couriers do not call in advance before visiting the address. It is advisable to provide an address where the goods can be received between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM (for example, a work address). If no one is at the address when the courier visits, a message will be left by the courier company with a contact number, and you can call them for redelivery.
How do I cancel an order I’ve already placed?
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, please call our office and provide your order number.
How is payment made?
There are two payment options:
1. Cash on delivery (you pay when you receive the goods at your chosen address)
2. With VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards
